I've waited as long as 5 minutes before it allowed me to interact with anything. I did NOT have this problem with an earlier version. I've enjoyed a LOT ofSlitherine products, so with any luck they'll fix this. So I do NOT reccomend version 1.50. Nice graphics and art. You can only one resolution... the one it picks.. Great version of the board game, just needs more expansions. Easy to use editor to make your own maps.. Awful on every level. Tutorial is no help at all in understanding how the game is supposed to play. Good implementation of the board game. And despite it missing some things like the cards from the original, it still plays well and quickly. Now that they have released the editor the game has even more added replay value with being able to create my own battles and play those created by others. Also the missing cards will soon be added for both solo and multiplayer.So far although my initial feelings were a bit 'meh' on this title, the devs have shown that they are dedicated to both putting in the missing bits and also to patch up the bugs that have been found. This in turn has convinced me to recommend this title, and to also look forward to future expansions.. So what is it really?A wargame, a parody, a board game, a computer game?I've played computer war games since 1983 and never found one I fundamentally disliked as much as this game.It fails to show respect to history, has no fog of war, and is not even funny. Biggest waste of my recent gaming dollars.. US Campaign was fun. US Rogue campaign started out fine but has some frustrating bugs. For example, repair card does not work and is well-documented in the discussion forum - I should have read the discussions before buying this game. Resupply card also does not seem to work: the card is lit green during the supply phase but you cannot click confirm, just like the repair card. I guess if you only get to play the US and German campaigns without any problems you DO get your money's worth - that is, if you buy the game on Steam with a 60+% discount like I did. Don't spend money on the DLCs unless you want to play multiplayer, which I have not tried.
